Less well known at its first appearance at the 1998 Bardentreffen, Fanfare Ciocarlia now returns as a world-famous brass band. Its wild Balkan funk, fairly exotic then, has been copied many times, but is still unrivalled. No band plays faster and more powerfully. Want to bet?
