New Orleans meets the Balkans – NewBalkn’n’Brass by MollTon. MollTon reinterprets well-known and lesser-known songs in their own unmistakably lively and joyful way. “MollTonized,” as the six musicians call it, describes their signature sound. The result is an energetic mix of New Orleans and Balkan brass, with excursions into pop music. The group consists of Manuel (trombone), Oskar (tuba/helikon), Fabian (trumpet), Daniel (cocktail drum set), Markus (tenor saxophone), and Mario (trumpet).
