StereoSterne (GER)

StereoSterne is a modern women’s choir from Nuremberg and, with nearly 130 singers, possibly the largest women’s choir in the city. Rehearsals don’t take place in a parish hall, but at Club Stereo right in the heart of the old town. Their repertoire features pop, rock, and indie hits in specially arranged multi-part vocal versions. The choir is led by Thomas Kaminski, who has already established several successful choirs in Franconia with his innovative “pub choir” concepts. The choir has been around for just over a year—so there’s plenty to be curious about when it comes to what they’ve achieved in that time.
