If something is of excellent quality, in South Thuringia people call it “hüsch”. The specialities from Middle Germany served up by the quartet of this name certainly deserve this label. Hand-made grooving songs, gentle ballads in impressive four-part harmony, wild peasant dances and swinging mazurkas, rooted in tradition, but completely at home in the here and now.
