Csókolom (NLD)

The Csókolom ensemble revive the ancient sound of Transylvania with its pure string sounds, doing this as passionately and unconventionally as in the Roma music which is the main source of the band’s repertoire. While respecting tradition, the trio do not just reproduce the songs. They take the liberty of feeding them with contemporary sounds: a Jazz cadence here, a charming Paris Musette there or a well-timed Latin riff.
