Il Civetto (GER)

Sebalder Platz should be just the thing for Il Civetto: performing right in the centre of the city, openair, for people holding a beer in their hands. Il Civetto know this from their guerrilla concerts near late-night corner shops in Berlin. Although the five musicians have also long filled concert halls all over Europe and made festivals enthusiastic. The band has just reinvented itself in the spirit of Pop – complete with Fusion Pop. Their universal mix does away with Western cultural stereotypes and translates the energy of the open international Berlin club scene, sometimes into good-humoured World Music and sometimes into great Pop with hit potential.
